This is where FDM Fitness Training shines!  1 hour sessions run for groups to develop their fitness, train their bodies and have a heap of fun along the way.  For that hour you are part of something special and you will reap the rewards all day long!

1:2:1

Individual and specific.  These 1 hour sessions are tailored to the individual needs of the client.  Fitness levels are assessed, goals are set and then the fun starts.  Improvements arrive as the structured plan is followed.  Expect to work but you will be encouraged and motivated every step of the way.

2:2:1

Pairs Training

Split the cost and train with your best friend, your partner, your husband or wife.

ZOOM Online

Our lockdown ZOOM classes in 2020 and 2021 were the lifeline for many of the FDM Fitness Training Members.

Fitness levels remained high, sanity was kept in check and we worked hard with every single workout being different

RUN CLUB

Some people simply like to keep fit by running.  When you're floating along it can be such a release from the day to day.  Bootcamp style workouts not for you......then would a weekly 40 minute running session (for ALL abilities) be something that appeals?  If so Thursdays at Upper Basildon Rec Field from 8.15am-8.55am. Dog Friendly and open to all abilities.
